Best Diet Plan To Lose Weight Quickly

Get ready to lose 10-15 pounds! By paying attention towards the amount of food you eat, Eliminating fats and refined/unnecessary sugar from your foods and making sure you include delicious snacks and meals to keep your taste buds happy.  Follow super healthy diet plan to lose weight. 1. Track your daily diet. What are you eating and drinking. No need to calculate calories simply just write down the type of beverage or food and the amount.

2. Don’t take too much fat, that means half as much butter or margarine on toasted slice, vegetables and your muffin, half the cheese or mayonnaise on your sandwich and half the oil in the pan when you saute foods. Beside this focus on good fats like  low fat cheese, chicken, fish etc. You get the idea!

3. Cut your sugar intake in half, Take sugar to around two to three times per week maximum not more than that.


4. Eat atleast one meatless lunch and dinner once or twice in a week to reduce fat, Increase fiber by taking more whole grains, beans, fruits and vegetables.

5. If you are not taking skim milk, then you should start taking skim milk. Skim milk is good for health as it contains good amount of proteins and low fat.

6. Instead of taking fruit juice for breakfast or snack, Simply add slice of lemon in Luke warm water.

7. Eat atleast one to two servings of fresh fruits everyday. Choose whatever type of fruits is in season. Keep in mind that try to eat low carbs fruit like in summer season people usually eat watermelon and in winter season guava as it contains low amount of carbs.

8. Include two servings of vegetables with lunch and dinner, for a total of atleast four servings per day.

9. Choose atleast two servings of foods made from whole grains with every meal you like.

10. Avoid watching TV whenever you eat, that includes snacks and meals. According to research while watching tv we automatically eat larger portions, and typically those foods are high in sugar and fat, which means excess calories!.

11. Choose calories you can chew, that means only low calorie beverages (except for milk) Sodas are loaded with empty calories or low calories. Fruit juices provides less fiber,vitamins and minerals per calorie than the fruit they are made from.

12. Plan ahead for snacks and meals so you know exactly what you plan to eat. Last-minutes choice tends to lower in satisfaction and higher in calories.
